Our Story
Margaret came to life between 2020 and 2021 in a tiny 65-square-foot studio in Vancouver, created by Stephanie and Marcus. Stephanie, with her background in sustainability, and Marcus, working in creative development, combined their passions to bring Margaret into existence. The original Sustainable Margaret was hand-painted in watercolor, capturing her charm with delicate brushstrokes. Later, she was reimagined digitally, giving her a fresh, modern look. That’s why today, there are two versions of Margaret—one rooted in traditional artistry and the other embracing the digital world.
