The return window is 30 days from the day you receive the order.
We will accept returns of current merchandise in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item and packaging is not in its original condition, we will contact you letting you know that we cannot accept your return.
For apparel items, returns and exchanges will be accepted if the clothes are:

When trying on your clothes for the first time try not to force or stretch the fabric. If you feel it’s too small do not try it on. Make sure your hands are clean. We cannot accept any clothes like t-shirts or hoodies that have been worn down, disheveled, washed or altered in any way.
How do I return or exchange my order?

Refunds Amount and Processing Time
You will be refunded the original product value. The amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment. We cannot process a refund or exchange until we receive the item.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping of Items for Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If your return is accepted, we'll send your instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If you have received a damaged item or if we have packed the wrong item by mistake, we will cover the postage to send back to us, and of course send out the right item free of charge.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions - Non-refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
-Physical or e-books (in order to protect copyright and intellectual property)
-Any digital item such as e-greeting cards or digital artwork.
-Physical Gift Sets (when stated as final sale)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
